This template is intended for the use of Connection Applicants proposing to connect an asynchronous generating system (or energy storage system) to the Central West Orana Renewable Energy Zone (CWO REZ).

• how the department will support and manage reports of serious wrongdoing
• how the department will meet the responsibilities under the PID Act
• how to make a report of serious wrongdoing and where to seek advice about that
report
• the protections which are available to all reporters under the PID Act.
