We at EnergyCo are seeking feedback on the initial positions under consideration for the potential access scheme in the Hunter-Central Coast Renewable Energy Zone (REZ), as set out in the Hunter-Central Coast REZ Generation and Storage Consultation Paper (Consultation Paper).

• the Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO), Energy Security Board (ESB), Australian Energy Market Commission (AEMC), Australian Energy Regulator (AER) or the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC)
• the legal person appointed, or to be appointed, to the position of consumer trustee (AusEnergy Services Limited), including its staff/officers, consultants and advisors; and
• other parties where authorised or required by law to be disclosed.

Where we disclose this information to any of these parties, it will inform them that the information is strictly confidential. We may publish or reference aggregated findings from the consultation process in an anonymised way that does not reveal confidential information.
